I have a point to point fare from Vaud to Geneva and I would like to know if the tpg fare of Geneva is included in the point to point fare of SBB

Point-to-point tickets never include local public transport unless you bought the additional City Ticket option.

You would require a Vaud to Genève City Ticket for this, allowing you to travel with TPG zone 10.
