In April, I accidentally left my phone on a bus. I realized it immediately and even saw it on the seat as the doors closed. I promptly filed a lost item report, providing all relevant details (bus number, time, location) and attached a screenshot showing the phone’s location, which appeared to be at the CFF Lost and Found office.
Since then, I have called multiple times and even visited the service desk in person. While every interaction with customer service has been polite and professional, I regret to say that none of these efforts have brought me any closer to recovering my phone.
I have great respect for the work and professionalism of CFF and its employees. However, this situation is deeply disappointing and raises concerns about internal handling processes, as it gives the impression that the item may have been stolen. I truly hope this is not the case and that this matter can be resolved.
I would be sincerely grateful for your help or for any guidance on how to proceed further.
