Guayicou Hello! I logged in and tried to purchase a Swiss Half Fare Card but the error message “An error occurred while processing your query.” was displayed on the web. I tried on several browsers, on different computers, cleaning the browsing history and the cookies but nothing worked. When trying to purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card as a guest this error was not displayed. However, I want to buy it with my account because I know is safer in case I want to check my purchase or if I need a refund. I would love to know how can I purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card while being logged in. Thanks in advance
