Hello, my child has a swiss pass. He used to have a monthly ticket, when he travelled twice a week the same route. Now he no longer needs to travel so often, just once per week, and the monthly pass is more expensive than the single tickets (4 single tickets) . He does not own a mobile phone, and therefore cannot buy SMS tickets. I would like to load single tickets onto his swiss pass in advance , but cannot find any way to do that. I tried to add his swiss pass to my mobile SBB app, but it errors even though I put his details in correctly. How are other families solving this problem? It is not possible for him to buy a ticket himself at our local stop in the village, nor is it possible for him to buy it on board the bus! This just means that I will continue to drive him to his destination by car, all because it is complicated to by a simple ticket for a child.
