Error when buying

Hi! When trying to buy super saver day pass, I get an error. Trying from US. How can I buy them?

We do not have a crystal ball, thus we do not know the day of travel nor do we know at what stage of the purchasing process the error is occuring.

Please keep us posted with more details.

One note: make sure your credit card supports 3D secure ID.

Sorry for lack of information

I login on the app. Security code is sent via email

I use my US Visa card. I used all caps. (Trying to buy 3 day passes for my family Thursday November 27). I tried 5 times, each time an error. I called cc company, they gave me a number for visa. I called visa, he reconfigured some things and still go an error.

When I try to buy, under my name it says no travel card. Site says I get one with first ticket-or do I need that before?

I also want to buy a pass for my daughter-but she doesn’t live with me, do we have to be together (so I have her passport?)

Update-I tried a bunch of things, including changing to 2 step verification, calling Chase, downloading Apple wallet. All rejected, and Chase blocked my card!

So I tried American Express-they sent me a code

That worked!
