Inquiry: Physical Half Fare Card Not Arrived – Geneva Purchase 31.10.2025

Dear SBB/SwissPass team,

I purchased the Swiss Half Fare card (Demi-tarif découverte) on 31 October 2025 at Geneva station. I provided my photo and was told the physical card would be sent to my address in France, but I have not received it as of today. How can I get my card asap, I’ll visit Zermatt on 12/16, and need to book the ticket for Matterhorn Glacier Paradise

As SBB Community, we do not recommend the purchase of mountain excursion tickets in advance. What if the weather will be very defavorable that day, would you still want visiting Matterhorn Glacier Paradise? It would simply mean a waste of money.

You can simply book it at the ticket window at the cable car’s base station the day of travel.
