We do have an English-speaking community, too: SBB Community
It is well possible that your missing device was found and has been delivered to the lost & found items head office for further processing. From experience we know that the processing can easily take 2 weeks due to the high number of items currently found on the trains.
All I can say for now, be patient, you wil certainly have news from SBB soon.
As a personal advice, it is always helpful to add the information about the serial number or MAC address in your lost property report.
