Swiss Half Fare Card

Hello, purchased my Swiss Half Fare Card today and attempting to get them linked with my SBB account for ease as a tourist (with travel approx 1 month out). I did set up a Swiss Pass account but it never allowed me the option to do the identity check and/or add my Half Fare Card to my mobile app. I understand that I can have a picture of the card to present on the train, just trying to simplify things and make it easier by having all in one place. Any help/support in getting this rectified would be appreciated.

An identity check is not possible for tourists, it is reserved for Swiss residents holding a yearly Half Fare Travelcard or other subscriptions.

Danhiel Thank you. I assume that there is no way to have the Half Fare Card on the app then? Just the note that we have it, with the separate picture or printed copy

If you buy a ticket as a guest, it is impossible to import it later in the app, even with the same e-mail address.

If your but a ticket with an account, it should automatically appear in the app, but I don’t know if it also works for Swiss Half Fare Cards or only for tickets.
