I was charged for my 13-year-old’s regular ticket even though he should have travelled free under the Swiss Family Card when accompanied by adults with Half Fare Cards. I had set up the profile for my son with the available options for travelcard on the SBB Mobile app. Swiss Family car option was not available. Available options were:
- Half fare travel card
- GA Travelcard
- Junior Travelcard
- Children’s Co-travel card
How can I claim refund. And how do I book further tickets?
