RailAway refund flow fails while actually starting a refund

I can’t find a place to complain about the site errors, so leaving it here as a warning for others.

I tried two times yesterday to issue a refund for a RailAway ticket. Both times the site ended up with an error on the last step (“something went wrong” with no specifics). Yet I got two email notifications with refund numbers.

So it works but is trying to confuse you.

It might be a browser issue. Furthermore, keep in mind that RailAway offers have limited refund options.

Indeed. And there’s nothing there close to “sbb.ch misbehaving”. Except for maybe “Ticket / Travelcard / Other product” > “Other” which is IMO too broad. Anyway, filed an improvement request there. Thank you for the suggestion.
