Hello, I have just received and paid an annual invoice reminder for my half fare fee associated with the calendar year 2026. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find a dunning fee applied to my account from the 2025 calendar year payment (made in January 2025).
If you consult my payment history you will see that you issued a dunning fee on January 13th 2025 and mark my payment as complete on January 17th 2025. As you mention in the reminder email which I just received: “Sollten Sie die Rechnung bereits beglichen haben, betrachten Sie dieses Schreiben bitte als gegenstandslos. Die korrekte Verbuchung Ihrer Zahlung kann einige Tage dauern.” I believe that your records, which show a 4-day delay in payment, represent a reasonable processing time and should allow for the removal of my dunning fee.
Unfortunately, there is no way to contact you other than by paying to call you. So I am posting my concern here. I hope that you can get back to me with confirmation that this dunning fee has been removed my from account within a reasonable time frame.
Please remove the dunning fee associated with my account. Thank you for your incredible service and have a wonderful new year.
