we already bought a ticket, ID: •••••••••••••, but we wanted to please change it to a normal 2. klasse ticket, which I can use it at anytime on 16.01, not at a specific time please. Peter

Generally, already issued tickets can not be altered. Only cancelling them along with some refund might be sometimes possible, depending on ticket type and point in time.

However in case you bought a supersaver ticket - which the wording of your question would likely suggest - those are generally not refundable. Unless you opted for the flex option (= 50% refund if cancelled before the train departure).

It is also possible that you just have a normal ticket, and that you wrongly assume that it is only valid for the train you selected. Have a good look at what you bought.
