Hello, so if I have bought a Friends Day Pass for Youth, am I allowed to buy a ticket with a discount for Lindt Home of Chocolate even if there are no tickets available for that day? Is like they keep some tickets for SBB users? Or are they going to reject us?

It is not necessary to ask the same question in two discussions, this is confusing.

You have to buy the entrance tickets in advance, but you can indicate that you have already a valid train ticket when entering the passenger names. Follow this link:

But the problem is that not every timetable is available at the museum, how can I choose one timetable or another?

Please note that it is not necessary to reserve a time slot for the chocolate tour when you purchase a RailAway leisure offer ticket.

I know but there is limited availability at some time slots so I would like to know if I am allowed to visit the museum even if the Lindt Home of Chocolate website says that there are no tickets available

If you purchase the admission through SBB Railaway, there is no time slot.

Yes, the HoC is reserving some time slots for SBB customers. I checked it with HoC some tlme ago as I had the same question (although, as a Swiss, I would no go there 😂)
