Danhiel Hello SansNatel She can buy a ticket at the office or on vending machines. 50 years ago, nobody had a PC or a smartphone and it was already possible to travel by train. Kind regards Danhiel

Danhiel SansNatel If the journey is planned in advance, you coud buy a ticket for your grandmother, print it and send it to her by traditional mail. You must indicate her name and date of birth and she needs a ID card or passport to travel.
