Refund Request – RE33 Train from Aigle to Geneva
Dear SBB Customer Service,
I took the RE33 train from Aigle at 11:57 to Geneva at 13:21 and had a very uncomfortable experience:
1. There was no restroom on board. As a woman, this caused me significant distress.
2. There were no available power outlets to charge my phone.
Given these issues, I do not feel that the 36-franc ticket I purchased provided the service I expected. I kindly request a full refund for this ticket.
I would appreciate your prompt response and guidance on how to proceed with the refund.
