Gotthard panorama express

I have just reserve seats on Gotthard panorama express from Lugano to Luzern. I intend to take the boat trip as well. I think I have wrongly chose the end station as Luzern Bahn instead of Flelen.
Can we still take the boat trip portion?

The boat operates from Flüelen to Luzern Bahnhofquai.

When have booked the Gotthard Panorama Express, you will anyway be asked to leave the GoPEX at Flüelen and to change for the boat. The GoPEX does not run as far as Lucerne yet to Arth-Goldau.

Yes you can still switch in Fluelen to the boat, however you might need an upgrade such as a Klassenwechsel. If you’re using the special ticket for the Gotthard Panorama Express, then there will be no upgrade needed.
Just ask the staff upon entering the boat and pay there.
