Whaitheto35 Hi, I purchased bus tickets from Switzerland to Italy but on the confirmation email it does not give the times I booked. Is it in the QR code or you can’t actually book a time? Thank you for your help Alison

Krist Which route did you buy tickets for? And for which date? What does the ticket say? Normal tickets have origin - destination on them, and are good for a whole day, and even till 5:00 the next day. That should be printed on the ticket.
