That said, you can do this on their behalf. Yet, the customers must be in the possession of a public transit ticket valid for the same destination as to which you would like to send their luggage. And, the customers must be present during luggage pick-up unless the hotel concierge is willing to take over this task.

The express option can become costly, depending on the number of luggage.
