Traveling from the Us and trying to get compensation for delayed travel

There was a party of eight of us traveling from wengen to the Geneva airport and we were greatly delayed due to vandalization of the track. We had to transfer with all of our luggage onto two separate buses in two different places in order to then transfer again back onto the same train. We were delayed more than two hours to our destination, and I’m wanting to know how I go about getting compensation. The compensation form allows me to input the tickets, but in order to get compensation I have to have an Ivan. , but in order to get compensation, I have to have IBAN description of my bank. Right now I’m just wondering if there’s an email address that I can send the complaint to and ask for the refund and give my banking account information, etc.. any help that you can give please let me know. I paid 92CHF for each ticket for a total of 736CHF. Can someone please advise me the best way to go about getting my refund compensation?
