Help bag at station, who can I contact??

I know where my bag is and I have submitted a lost bag request with sbb which includes the station information however I have not heard back. How do I get help when I know where my bag is located??

Thank you Roland for your prompt reply. Unfortunately I get a recording to tell me to fill out a missing luggage form which I have done.

I think my issue is complicated by the fact that my bag was on sbb but ended up at a train station in Hamburg. 😩

Any advice?
