Hi,

I need to resolve my invoice for the Swisspass half pass. I do not live in Switzerland anymore and could not cancel the invoice in time. I know I need to contact SBB but I do not want to do the web chat as I cannot stay on it long enough due to work, life etc. Email would be best. Does anyone have an email address I can use?
