i bought travel card on sbb and by this mention “When you buy a public transport travelcard for the first time, you automatically receive the SwissPass card free of charge with your travelcard” i should have got my swispass, but it was 2 weeks or smth and i still doesnt have it. i have my travelpass on sbb mobile but i need swispass card
