Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend because my mother suffered a stroke and is hospitalized with no expected discharge date. I am attaching a medical report attesting to her state of health and also an official document with my photo that justifies my relationship with her (I am her son). I will need to stay with her while she is hospitalized. I made some reservations and I know it is non-refundable, but given this situation, I would appreciate your team’s understanding in seeing if there is any possibility of a refund, even if it is not the full amount.
