The Swisspass is not a thing you buy, and it’s also not intended for tourists. It is meant as a physical card onto which the swiss residents can load monthly or yearly passes. You probably mean the Swiss Travel Pass or similar daypasses. For those, a validity map is avaliable here. Select which exact product you intend to buy.
My advice are saver’s daypasses if your holiday is not soon, because they can be quite cheap (starting form 29.- per person and day), but they are not refundable and pricing depends on . Otherwise, the Swiss Travel Pass is also an option if you intend to travel a lot.
For cable cars, it really depends which one. As a rule of thumb, cable cars serving places where people live all year-round are covered and otherwise not. But do check the validity map!
The GlacierExpress is included partly. The journey itself is covered, so you can with no surchage travel on local trains on that same line. To travel with the GlacierExpress, a mandatory seat reservation has to be purchased which also contains a surcharge.
