Change name on saver day pass

Change name on ticket I have purchased two saver passes for travel on the 25/03/2026,I’m travelling from the UK to Geneva unfortunately my mum who was coming with me has had a stroke and can not travel so have had to change the flight to my daughter I’m wanting to change the name on the saver day pass to her too,how do I do this can someone please help thanks alison.

Sorry to hear.
A name change is not possible as Saver Day Passes can neither be changed nor canceled.

There is one exception: you can request the cancellation of the Saver Day Pass if you gad a medical certificate for her stating that she is unable to travel.

Yet, you would have to purchase a new Saver Day Pass for your daughter at the actual rate / cost.

If you daugthers is under 16, a Children Day Pass is the cheapest option offering the same amenities as the Saver Day Pass. Or the Junior Card.
