So confusing! Tax refund for Paris goods

Hello. I will be leaving Paris via TGV Lyria to Geneva thrn Zermatt. I read that I would need to get my tax refund forms stamped at Geneva train station but some people said they weren’t to because there was no machine there. Can anyone verify if they have been recently able to get their tax refund form stamped or used PABLO kiosk at Geneva Cornavin station, please?

Missing tax refund possibilities is, however, not a railway issue. Ctc French customs, please.

You need to get your tax forms stamped by French Customs. That shows that the goods have left the country. After that you can follow the instructions on the forms to claim your refund. AFAIK there are no “PABLO” machines in Geneva.
