Hello Phothuewuez17
Thanks for sharing your story, now all is clear to me.
I can assure you that you have done everything you need, and, from your description, you are in the possession of the correct tickets. Here is an example of such a ticket:

Why did I insist when I have read that you got the tickets from Get Your Guide?
Working as a ticket inspector, I can tell you that in the past we had a countless number of issues with people travelling with ‘Get Your Guide’ offers; it was terrible for both, the clients and the ticket inspector.
Albeit ‘Get Your Guide’ is a trustful provider, the point was that people were travelling with the ‘Get Your Guide’ booking confirmation that had an official booking reference BUT they clients did not see the tiny note on the document stating that the tickets will be provided by the ‘activity provider’ separately. Thus, they were in believe that the booking reference is their ticket and was good for travel.
It was only on board the train where the clients had noticed that they were mistaken. The situations on board the train were very unpleasant, for the clients as well as for the ticket inspectors, resulting in harsh discusssions and fines. For the ticket inspectors it was unclear whether the clients were in possession of correct tickets yet did not bring them - or - if they were trying to cheat in pretend being in the possession of tickets yet in fact they were not and simply have shown a self-created booking confirmation from Get Your Guide (yes, this indeed happend!). At a certain point, all ticket inspectors have been notified not to accept Get Your Guide booking confirmations any further but the official SBB tickets.
However, in your case, you are all set. The only thing you need is good weather 🙂
Have a good time in Switzerland.
Best wishes,
Roland
