eeeeedithhhhh I am trying to buy a ticket from sbb app. I did not added any travel card on the sbb app. But the ticket price showed is half fare one. How could I buy a train ticket at full fare? Thank you.
Danhiel Hello eeeeedithhhhh When adding the passenger’s name and date of birth, specify that you have no discount. The full fare will be automatically calculated. Kind regards Danhiel
RedBaron eeeeedithhhhh When starting a ticket purchase, your name appears on top of that screen with the big red ‘Buy …’ button at the bottom. Tap the pen symbol next to your name and check the selected travelcard option - apparently you’d need ‘no travelcard’.
