I just want to provide a feedback on the SBB Door To Door Express luggage services. What I have observed is the difficulty in purchasing the SBB Services or using the SBB door to door express luggage service in Switzerland since the pickup time for SBB is 6am to 9am which is no problem, however the delivery time is from 6pm to 11pm. Most of the hotels, I have seen in the areas like Interlaken, Zermatt and Luzern do not have 24×7 Concierge services, and many of the hotels have front desk staff working only till 8pm.
Most of the tourist like me or at least me, would like to book SBB door to door express services, so I can explore Switzerland and beautiful nature and the landscapes without any headache of carrying heavy luggage and reach my hotel late night as per my convenience. However many of the hotels in Switzerland do not accept the luggage if the delivery is after 8pm, since they don’t have any staff to receive that luggage. Since the delivery time of SBB is 6pm to 11pm its a really certain if the luggage can be delivered on or before 8pm.
Maybe SBB can work internally with their teams and figure out some way as to how this problem can be sorted out.
Myself as a tourist, am more than happy to use SBB Services if this is sorted.
