The Mount Pilatus Rack Railway or Cablecars are not covered by the Savers Daypass. Nearby Mount Rigi is covered, however. But I don’t think it is sentical to travel from Zermatt to Goldau or Vitznau, then up to Rigi Kulm and return on the same day - you would have to take a train before 7am to spend a mere 14 minutes on Rigi Kulm and a total of more than ten and a half hours on trains to get there. And that is even without taking a boat!
(Sailing boats are no longer used in passenger service. Some steampowered boats remain in service on Lake Lucerne, Lake Geneva, Lake Zürich, Lake Neuchâtel/Lake Murten/Lake Biel and Lake Brienz/Lake Thun. Most boats are now powered with diesel or electric tough).
My hint: Stay in the region. If you really want a boat trip, go between Thun or Spiez and Interlaken. If you take RE1 between Brig and Spiez, you will also have a ride on a mountainous train route.
