Hello, we had purchased four Saver Pass tickets for a round trip from Tirano to St. Moritz on April 8. However, the train service on that day was canceled.
As a result, we had to travel by bus from Tirano to Poschiavo, and then take a train from Poschiavo to St. Moritz. Due to this disruption, we were only able to spend a very short time sightseeing in St. Moritz.
Given the inconvenience and the significant impact on our travel experience caused by the train cancellation, we would appreciate it if you could advise us on what kind of compensation we may be eligible for.
