Hello nnth98
Kindly note, the product you are looking at is named Swiss Travel Pass.
In theory, Super Saver Tickets can neither be refunded nor exchanged once the 30 minutes deadline after purchase passed. Later, it is only possible if it was exchanged against a regular ticket while, from my point of view, the Swiss Travel Pass could qualify as such. Since this platform is not an official support channel, whether SBB will accept the refund request, you will only know once you submitted the request - nobody here can make a committment on that. See the refund form in the second link provided.

In any case you first have to buy the Swiss Travel Pass in order to request the refund. The refund can be requested via this form by mentioning the Swiss Travel Pass ticket ID. The refund process, if successfully accepted, may take a few days.
When buying the Swiss Travel Pass Youth, you must not have reached 25 years of age on the first day of the STPY’s validity. Your age at purchase does not matter. When I did calculate correctly, your age is 24 years and 3 months - hence, yes.
Best regards,
Roland
