Hi! I tried to purchase 4 tickets today (January 12th) for a trip between Zermatt, Switzerland and Milan, Italy on February 23rd. The total amount was CHF 256.
This amount was debited from my credit card, but this message appeared on SBB website after the purchase: “Unable to connect to authorization system. Please try again later”. I didn’t receive an e-mail with the tickets.
I called my credit card, they confirmed the purchase (they even gave me the authorization number) and they asked me to contact SBB to request the cancellation of this purchase.
Can you help me, please?
