Hi Danhiel Thank you for confirming. I was able to search for point-to-point tickets to buy as well as Saver Day Passes earlier this morning. But now, when I log in, my account just says “We are currently processing your application for a new SwissPass. We will contact you if we require further information.” I can no longer use the SwissPass account to search for tickets. Between this morning and now, the only things I did were conducted an online identity verification process and join this community to ask this question (which automatically gave me a new ID of Thaittievox84). What happened to my SwissPass account? I would like to use it to buy tickets.
