I received a fine and arranged to pay it in installments. However, I was only able to pay the first installment online, and since then I haven’t been able to make any further payments. I’m trying to find an email address to resolve this issue and pay the remaining amount, but I haven’t been able to find any contact

Are you certain that the receipt has been issued by SBB? Does it have the SBB logo and ‘Servicecenter Einnahmen’ at the lower part?

If yes, you can alternatively use: fahrausweiskontrolle@sbb.ch
