You will get PDFs, and can distribute these to the other passengers. Or you keep them and show them all at once to the conductor. It is perfectly normal for one person to hold all the tickets and passes on his phone. As long as the group stays together that is not a problem.
2) As i understand my daughter who is 9 years can travel free with us if we purchase Swiss Half fare card. Am i correct??
Yes, if you mention that during the pass purchase so you get the family card.
3) What benefits can we get for the below plan of travel

Your daughter does not need a ticket, as long as the adults mentioned on the Family Card have a ticket. For some cable cars however they may give here a 0 rated ticket to open the turnstiles.
