how can I book ticket which are not covered by my Swiss Travel Pass?

Hi! Good day. We booked a Swiss travel pass through Klook.com and saw that travel from Visp to Spiez in not included on free travel route but only with 50% off the fare. Can someone guide us as to which Travel Card should we enter to avail the discounted fare? I saw a GA Travel card but i’m not sure if it’s the same as Swiss Travel Pass since I cant find STP anywhere in the option. Thank you so much in advance.

Where have you seen that the Swiss Travel Pass is not valid between Visp and Spiez? There is a difference between dotted and dashed lines.

Dotted lines mean: 50% reduction.
Dashed lines mean: Tunnel

Between Visp and Spiez, the train is going through the 34,6 km long Lötschberg Base Tunnel. It is indicated as dashed line.

As a result, the STP is valid.
