I am in the USA and just bought my Half Fare and Swiss Family Passes for our trip. The birthdays for all the travelers were correct in the system when I purchased the passes, but now on the ticket they show up as one day before the correct day. For instance the day should be the 6th, but it is listed as the 5th on the ticket. The month and year and names are correct on all of the passes, but not the day. Is this going to be a problem on the trains if they compare it to our passports and the birthday is off by one day? If so, how do I get it fixed? I tried doing the chat for help, but the agent ended the chat or it kicked me off 3 different times before I gave up on that working. I am in the USA and don’t have the ability to call the hotline. Please help!
