Hi, I am travelling from Interlarken to Chur via Bern. I realised when i booked the first class seat reservation I mistakenly only booked for me, so I then booked for my partner but the seats are not together. Can I change the seat reservation? or get a refund? Thanks

You can change it by calling the SBB Contact Center (7×24, waiting times may occur): +41 51 225 78 56.

I did contact SBB with that number, but customer service could not help me. He could not change it. He could not refund it.

I would have to buy new seat reservations.
