I am about booking the train ticket from Geneva to Rochers-de-Naye. My son is holding Junior Travel card so he can travel for free on the MOB train up to Rochers-de-Naye? or do he need to buy the ticket?

Yes, the Swiss Family Card as well as the Junior Card are accepted.
