Saver Day Pass for Aug. 17 - good for different trains?

I was intending to travel from Zermatt to Schaffhausen that day, but I am now going from Zermatt to Stein am Rhein. I did buy a Saver Day Pass for Aug. 17, 2nd class (and I already have a Half-Fare Pass). I just want to make sure I can use the Saver Day Pass on a different train than the one I intended. I have not booked the specific train.

A saver day pass gives you unlimted travel on all public transit in Switzerland for a whole day. So yes, you can of course take other trains (as well as busses, trams etc…) than the ones you originally intended. You are free to roam the whole network at will.
