mispelled Last name in SwissPass Profile

Hello everyone,
I cannot update via SwissPass online system the incorrectly generated “Last name” during the identity verification process when it scanned my passport.
And consequently, my SBB and ZVV profiles have the misspelled Last name as well.
How can I have it fixed? Would deleting and recreating my SwissPass account hopefully fix it?

Please kindly contact SBB (phone 0848 44 66 88) or go to a travel office.

An online amendment is not possible.

Hi RolandP I finally got in touch with SBB via phone (which btw I had to drop the “0” in 0848 44 66 88 and use +••••••••••••) The support person fixed the error in less than a minute. Thanks again.
