My halbtax Card expired last summer. I just renewed it online. My credit card was billed. But I don’t see it in my sbb app. Do I have to wait? Does something have to happen first? How soon will I be able to buy tickets in app with ½ rate?

ps answers in German are ok.

I recommend to contact the SBB Contact Center to verify your payment and the subscription renewal: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
