I bought a train ticket as a guest online, but mistyped my email address.
I didn’t notice my mistake until I was buying the return leg of the journey. I have therefore paid for a ticket, but have not received email confirmation, nor did I print off the ticket immediately after buying as I thought I would have the email version.
Is there a way to retrieve my ticket, as I do not have the order number. But I do know the exact mistake I made with my email address (misplaced full stop) and the ticket I had bought?
