Swiss travel pass - wrong date for 4 day pass

Hello everyone,

I am travelling to Switzerland, and for my wife’s pass, I accidentally selected today’s date, when we will be travelling later.

I submitted a refund request, but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do.

If someone could help, that would be great

If you bought the pass from SBB, you could call the Contact Center:

+41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur)

It could speed up the review of your case.

No, you simply have to wait. It may take a few days to process.

Wouldn’t it be better to contact the SBB immediately by phone? If you wait a few days, they might consider the pass to have been used and not grant a refund.

Also an option. Foreigners are normally rather reluctant when being advised to call.

When a refund request is made right after the purchase (so I understood the OP’s message), they can see it was not yet used. But yes, calling is always better.
