Explore'n'rail Lindt factory tour

Hello everyone,
I am having difficulties ordering an explore’n’raik ticket for the Lindt tour.
The ticket Is for the 13th of August 2026 and for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children.
When selecting the checkout/add to cart option it gives an error but with no explanation for the error.

Can anyone help?

I am having another issue while buying online tickets for lidnt museum..
Have you bought a swisstravel pass? If yes, do you know if its necessary to buy a explorenrail ticket before buying museum ticket? Thanks!
