Hello. I’m leaving an email because I didn’t get a reservation confirmation email.
At 06:48 and 06:45 on the February 18th, I booked a train from Basel to Interlakenwest by (SBB admin: personal data deleted. Reason: SBB Community is a public forum).
I’m leaving an e-mail (SBB Admin: SBB Community is a public forum) because I couldn’t get an e-mail even though the payment text and payment were made.

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, this means the purchase was not successful. Check your credit card, the amount has not been debited, either.
