Dear SBB community
Only now have we noticed that we have received the tickets issued for the wrong direction for our night train. Instead of booking Zurich Ljubljana night train tickets for our family of 4, we have tickets for Ljubljana Zurich.
Since today is the 2nd Christmas Day and the rail service phone is busy (I’m in the queue to talk to them right now), my question is: Is there an email address where you can reach the rail service?
