You will have replacement buses, the timetables are already available on trenitalia.com. You will arrive about one hour later in Milan. You should check your tickets, perhaps they were already issued for the replacement bus.
Otherwise, if you miss a connection in Milan to another destination with the new arrival time, please contact the vendor of the ticket to change your reservations free of charge.
