I’m starting a new topic as I can’t reply to the one opened last time (even if my email is verified).
The proposed solution of calling the Swiss hotline for a ticket refund is not acceptable as the user is forced to do an international call to a callcenter with long idle waiting times (music) for a line to get free: roaming costs! The solution should be to create a form / email / contact.

Since the refund of international tickets is underlaying certain conditions, the handling of such requests can only be accepted by phone or in one of the travel centers.

As stated here earlier, we cannot help you here.
